Polar Yoga

The yoga methods gave by François Brousse, that we published in one book "The Polar Yoga", include :

We join to these web publication the Bouddhist Prayer and the Gayatri. This is adaptation of two great oriental prayers. The Bouddhist Prayer is the main mamtram, used before the practise of the methods and breathings.

The spiritual exercices teached by François Brousse is placed under the protection of three dead masters choosed by oneself. These masters become our elder brothers who will follow us in our path into Absolute. A continuing practise of the Bouddhist Prayers, sent to the Masters and to one-self, place the disciple in a favourable beingness to the exercice of yoga.

  The
Bouddhist
Prayer

Let all the beings be happy on the North,
Let all the beings be happy on the South,
Let all the beings be happy on the East,
Let all the beings be happy on the West,
Let all the beings be happy on the Nadir,
Let all the beings be happy on the Zenith
And let all the beings be happy in their fundamental being.

The
Gayatri

I meditate on the Splendour of the Supreme Being, who, in one breath, created the infinity of the worlds.
Let His ray illuminate the fine point of my soul,
Let Him lead me, from darkness to light, from ignorance to knowledge and from death to immortality.
So be it for all the beings, from the atom to the galaxy.
